Cancellation Policy - Due to the nature of our business, we ask that you do not cancel an order once it is placed. Most of our orders are started immediately after ordering, therefore makes it almost impossible to cancel. Once an order has been started Cancelling will not be allowed - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We strive to have all our items ship before the estimated date, although there are times that we cannot. Please use the estimated shipping time as a reference as to an estimate on when you will receive your item. If there is a delay we will contact you as soon as we notice this possible delay.
Rush Shipping Upgrades: This is not always available and it is required you contact the shop before placing an order with an upgrade.
Customs/International Shipping - Because all countries are different in the way customs and/or duties are calculated - we cannot add this to your shipping costs. All customs and/or duties are the customers responsibility.
***UK buyers: We are not a VAT registered company! If you do not wish to pay VAT contact us within 48 hours to cancel the order. Royal Mail holds your package until the VAT/ tax is paid (Etsy says VAT 'included where applicable' and we are NOT in the applicable)

Refunds will not be accepted unless a mistake on our part was made. You must contact us within 3 days after delivery. Any item approved for a return MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS' ORIGINAL CONDITION. Any item that has been used, worn, damaged, etc will not be issued a refund.
SNOW: You must contact the shop within 7 days of delivery for return instructions. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
ANY CANCELLATIONS requested will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee once we have started processing your order.
SNOW: Snow orders are NOT subject to returns unless a mistake was made by us. You must contact the shop within 7 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the item(s).
In the case a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the original condition received. If an item is returned and damaged during transit a refund may be limited or refused all together. It is the buyers responsibility to insure the safe return of the product. Returns should be shipped using any service that provides tracking information - If no tracking information is used and an item is lost in transit or never delivered back, we will not be liable for these items.
No refunds will be given on custom orders. If an item is damaged in transit, a replacement will be sent out to you. In the rare instance where a replacement is not available - a refund will be issued for the cost of the damaged item only. All Custom listing will be sent a proof. We ask that you triple check the proof for any spelling errors, placement, and colors. Once a proof is approved we will process the item as shown. If you would like specific colors for any items printed, you must send us the PMS color match codes, without this, we cannot guarantee your color match.

Turn Around Times - Our average turn-around-time is 1-2 weeks + shipping. We do offer expedited production upon request (may be subject to a fee). Message us for details.

Vinyl Decals - Shipped in a stay flat envelope to prevent bending.
